There are two massive good reasons that this book fell flat for me, a person being that it stays so strictly loyal to The Great Gatsby, and also the other being that I was totally bored from the Great Gatsby. It didn’t help which i’d go through The Great Gatsby less than a year in the past, which meant I remembered the initial plotline properly
